2. About Us
The Site is operated by EFBA. The Site presents EFBA's information for healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical partners in Pakistan.
3. Scope of Use
The Site is provided for information, partnership enquiries and quotation requests. The Site does not constitute medical advice, a prescription or a recommendation to use any pharmaceutical or biologically active product, and nothing on the Site is an offer for sale of any product.
4. Healthcare Professionals Only
The Site is intended for healthcare professionals, licensed healthcare facilities and licensed pharmaceutical distributors. Its content — including the Molecular Knowledge Base, the Catalogue and the IV Drip Guide — is a scientific and technical reference for these users. It is not directed at the general public and should not be interpreted as patient-facing guidance or as advertising to the public. IVIXIR products do not currently hold a DRAP registration. IVIXIR products are supplied in Pakistan only after DRAP registration through a licensed importer; samples are not offered via this website.
The Catalogue page asks you to confirm that you are a healthcare professional or licensed distributor. By confirming, you represent that this is true.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, text, graphics and source code on the Site are the property of EFBA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Acceptable Use
- You must not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its server or any connected database.
- You must not introduce malware, viruses or harmful code.
- You must not scrape, harvest or reverse-engineer the Site or its content for commercial purposes.
- You must not republish or redistribute the Site's product information to the general public.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.
